The New Procurement Playbook: How Leaders are building smarter, more resilient supply chains
Join our upcoming webinar and learn how procurement teams are finding new suppliers, managing risk, using AI and making better sourcing decisions.
Procurement teams are being asked to navigate more complexity than ever before: shifting trade policies, supplier concentration, cost pressure, geopolitical uncertainty and increasingly fragile supply chains.
The challenge is knowing where your risks are, where your alternatives are and what signals to watch before disruption hits - all while making decisions with speed, clarity, and confidence.
Join Remer Lane (COO Gene Morris Company), a longtime ImportGenius customer, and Philip Preville for a candid discussion about what’s working, what he’s learned and how he’s using data and technology to make better decisions.
What you’ll learn:
- How leading teams find and evaluate alternative suppliers before they urgently need them
- How to assess supplier capacity, concentration, relationships and potential risk
- What procurement leaders are doing to improve supply-chain resilience without simply adding cost
- Where AI and external data are actually useful today — and where they aren’t
- How shipment and competitor intelligence can reveal new sourcing opportunities, supplier shifts and changing market dynamics
- What separates procurement teams that are primarily reacting to disruption from those building a more proactive sourcing strategy
The discussion builds on ImportGenius’ Procurement Leader’s Scorecard, which examines four areas increasingly shaping procurement performance:
Geopolitical exposure · Supply-chain resilience · Data & AI · Competitive advantage
Expect real examples, lessons learned and practical approaches you can bring back to your own procurement organization.
